Welcome to the Global Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce (GBWCC) Membership Portal! The GBWCC Membership Portal is an online platform developed and maintained by StrateCamp, LLC (“StrateCamp”) exclusively for the members of the Global Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce. By accessing or using the GBWCC Membership Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms.

By accessing or using the GBWCC Membership Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional guidelines, rules, or policies applicable to specific features or services that may be provided on the portal. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not access or use the portal.

2. Membership Eligibility.

To access and use the GBWCC Membership Portal, you must be a registered member of the Global Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce. StrateCamp reserves the right to verify your membership status and suspend or terminate your access to the portal if you are found to be ineligible for membership.

3. Account Registration and Security.

To access certain features of the GBWCC Membership Portal, you may be required to create an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify StrateCamp immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Conduct.

When using the GBWCC Membership Portal, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Additionally, you agree not to:

       a. Use the portal for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

       b. Upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is harmful, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

       c. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

       d. Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the portal or the experience of other users.

    e. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the portal or any other system or network connected to the portal.

5. Intellectual Property.

The GBWCC Membership Portal and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of StrateCamp or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, perform, or display any portion of the portal without the prior written consent of StrateCamp.

6. Privacy.

Your privacy is important to us. StrateCamp collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the GBWCC Membership Portal, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties.

The GBWCC Membership Portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. StrateCamp disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. StrateCamp does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided on the portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StrateCamp and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the GBWCC Membership Portal. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if StrateCamp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrateCamp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the GBWCC Membership Portal or violation of these Terms of Service.

10. Modifications to the Portal and Terms of Service

StrateCamp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the GBWCC Membership Portal, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. StrateCamp may also modify these Terms of Service from time to time, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the portal after the posting of modified Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

11. Termination.

StrateCamp may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the GBWCC Membership Portal at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of these Terms of Service or if requested by the Global Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where StrateCamp is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Entire Agreement.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and StrateCamp regarding the use of the GBWCC Membership Portal and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.
